Уже более двух лет заказываю чабер для сухой аджарской аджики. Хороший мелкий помол. Слышен запах перца, на вкус с горчинкой. В аджике раскрывается и дает свой аромат на второй день. После смешивания всех специй все равно слышен тонкий аромат чабера. Спасибо магазину за прекрасные специи.

Fragrant pepper plant savory (Latin - Satureja) belongs to the Lamiaceae family and is an annual subshrub that grows mainly in Europe and Asia. In each of the countries, the spice is called in its own way: savory, citron, kondari, but they are used with equal pleasure in cooking and medicine.

Savory contains in its composition a whole complex of vitamins and minerals, as well as almost 2% of essential oils (phenol, thymol, carvacrol and others). For the preparation of a spice that has a spicy aroma and sharpness of black pepper, young leaves and shoots are used in a freshly picked or dried form. When dried, the smell and taste are revealed more strongly.
