A mixture of spices for pork

One of the dishes that decorate the table is pork.
We recommend cooking it from a whole piece of pork using a mixture of spices "For pork" , which will make this product incredibly beautiful and fragrant.
Ingredients: chopped red paprika, white sesame, yellow mustard, bay leaf, dried parsley, chopped onion.
Characteristic:
Appearance - loose mixture.
Color - colorful, includes colors inherent in the spices that are part of the mixture.
Taste, smell - vegetable, fragrant, spicy.
Using:
Pork baked with a mixture of spices "For pork" - a great way to cook tender, juicy, fragrant meat. It will be right for pork if a small layer of lard wakes up around the meat. Before baking, it is recommended to marinate the meat for some time (1-1.5 hours) in salt brine (50-60 g of salt per 1 liter of water) in order to saturate it with liquid. This will allow the meat to bake well and not be dry after baking. After marinating, dry the meat with towels, sprinkle with the mixture "For pork", wrap tightly in foil and cook at 180C for 1 - 1.5 hours (baking time depends on the size of the piece of meat).
The mixture is perfect as a decor for roasting meat of various varieties, cooking meat rolls, as well as for marinating meat for steak, barbecue and other meat products.
Consumption rate - about 20-25 m (2.0 - 2.5%) per 1 kg of raw meat.
The amount of use of the mixture is adjusted in accordance with the technological recipe, as well as depending on the taste preferences of the consumer.
Storage conditions:
The mixture of spices "For pork" should be stored in airtight containers, in clean, dry, well-ventilated rooms with a relative humidity of 70-75% at a temperature not exceeding 20C.
