To do this, we need:

  • tomatoes - 2 kilograms
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried herbs
  • garlic
  • olive oil

Method of cooking tomatoes:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut. If the tomatoes are small, then in half, if large - then in 4 parts.
  2. Cover the pan with parchment and lay out the slices cut up, close to each other.
  3. In a bowl, prepare a mixture of pepper, sugar and salt. Take 1.5 teaspoons of salt and pepper and 2.5 teaspoons of sugar.
  4. Sprinkle our mixture with tomatoes.
  5. Then sprinkle the tomatoes with dried herbs and spread the garlic cloves (4-6 slices on a baking sheet), pour oil.
  6. Put our tomatoes in a preheated oven at 120 degrees and keep for about 4-5 hours. The convection mode must be switched on in the oven or it must be open.
