Te Guan Yin Hua Xiang oolong tea (floral aroma)
Teguanin is an elite Chinese tea, one of the most famous varieties in the world. You love it immediately and definitely from the first sip, from the first moment of acquaintance with the amazing aroma of fresh lilac.
This tea is a symbol of southern China. Here, in Fujian Province, thousands of hectares of picturesque tea terraces have been grown for centuries. Carefully collected from each bush, the top three young leaves come to the manufactory, where teguanin is made.
The name of this tea from Chinese translates as "Iron Guanine". According to legend, a long time ago a young tea escape goddess Guanin sent a poor farmer who dreamed of restoring the local temple. Guanin said that this special bush can be used to make amazing tea that will bring real wealth. But for the prophecy to come true, it was necessary to share this treasure with all people. The farmer dug up a bush and planted a house in the Iron Pot. Soon the farmer harvested the first crop, dried the leaves and offered people new tea. Everyone who tried it was delighted. The farmer used the money to restore the temple and share the sprouts of a special bush with his neighbors. Today, tea named after guanine is truly a real treasure of the Celestial Empire.
It belongs to the category of oolongs - semi-fermented teas, which are also called turquoise. When brewing teguanin, it is desirable to make quick "ducts". The first brew should be drained, and the next it is important not to overdo it longer than 20-30 seconds. Then you will be able to fully experience the rich, slightly sweet refreshing taste of this tea with a spicy - fruity aroma and expressive notes of lilac, enjoying the fresh aftertaste.
