We need:
Unpolished red rice - 1 cup
Pork - 250-300 grams
Onions - 1
Carrots - 1
Garlic - 2 cloves
Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation: heat the oil in a frying pan and place the meat on it, fry for 15 minutes. Peel the carrots and onions, cut into cubes. Add vegetables to meat. Salt, pepper and stew everything for 5 minutes. We take a pan, pour there roast with meat, pour rice and fill with water. Add garlic and cook for 50 minutes on low heat!
Red rice with sweet pepper
For this recipe we need:

Sweet pepper - 2 pcs
Salt, pepper, spices
Frying oil
Preparation: cook rice until cooked. Separately fry the peppers and onions in a pan. As the rice is cooked, cool, add spices and mix with pepper. Done!
