  • Wash the potatoes and boil them whole until half done.
  • Drain the water, dry and cut into 4 parts. Fry in a large amount of oil until golden brown. Add seasoning for potatoes and salt to taste.
  • Wash and dry the fillet, add seasoning for the chicken and salt.
  • Fry on a grill pan on both sides for 5 minutes on medium heat.
