2-3 springs

Cooking
  • Select 500 g of potatoes of the same size and thoroughly wash them. Do not peel them. Put them in a pot, pour water over them and cook until semi-cooked. This will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Then take the potatoes out of the pot and dry them with paper towels.
  • Cut each potato into 4 pieces. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a baking dish, spread it over the bottom with a cooking brush and place the potato pieces in a single layer.
  • Preheat the oven to 210 degrees Celsius. Add 4-5 cloves of garlic to the potatoes. You can leave the garlic unpeeled and just flatten it with the flat side of a knife. If you want a richer taste and aroma, then squeeze the garlic on top of the potatoes. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. We recommend using finely ground salt, as it dissolves faster.
  • Place some savory on top of the potatoes. Bake at 210 degrees Celsius in grill or convection mode for 10-15 minutes. The potatoes should have a crispy skin. If needed, increase the cooking time.
