Kerob, raw
Kerob (raw) is a unique product, which is the pulp of carob fruit. Kerob has a natural sweetness and does not require the addition of sugar.
Finished ground fruits have a pleasant aroma and sweet taste reminiscent of cocoa with milk.
Medium-roasted carob has a pronounced taste of chocolate. As a result of heat treatment, carob partially loses its pronounced sweetness. This product is most often used for making drinks.
