Sausage mixture for sausages №1 - the first of 7 number GOST mixtures was developed in the 70's by the meat processing industry to standardize the organoleptic characteristics of sausages according to GOST and TU.

It is used in recipes of cooked sausages - Veal, Doctor's, Amateur, Capital, Dairy. And also for meat breads - Custom, Amateur.
