The mixture of seasonings for sausages №3 was used in Soviet times for the production of sausages 1 and 2 varieties: boiled and semi-smoked sausages, as well as meat bread of the first and second grade, red saltison, white saltison, white saltison, gray saltison, blood sausages.

Dosage - 0.25 ... 0.3% by weight of minced meat (2.5 ... 3.5 g per 1 kg).
