Ingredients:

4 medium potatoes

1.5 tsp Basil, Rosemary & Thyme Salt

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

½ tsp ground black pepper
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into large chunks and place them in a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Spread onto a baking tray and roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
