Ingredients
Salt, ground paprika, freeze-dried alcohol-free beer powder, granulated garlic, ground onion, dried lemon zest, corn starch, premium ground black pepper, ground turmeric, thyme, sugar, rosemary.
Directions
Mix 25–35 g of the seasoning with oil or water and marinate 1 kg of meat. For the richest flavor, let the meat marinate for 2–6 hours.
Recipe: Roasted Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs
- 30 g Beer Chicken Herbs seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix the seasoning with olive oil, mustard, honey and lemon juice.
- Rub thoroughly over the chicken.
- Marinate for 3-6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown, occasionally basting with the juices.
- Finish under the grill for 5 minutes if you prefer a crispier skin.
Serve with roasted potatoes, rice or grilled vegetables.
