Basmati is a long-grain aromatic rice with a delicate flavor and crumbly texture. Ideal for pilaf, side dishes and oriental dishes.

Recipe: Spicy Basmati with vegetables in Indian style

Boil 150 g of rice (12–15 min). Fry carrots, green peas and sweet pepper in a pan. Add a pinch of turmeric and cumin. Mix with rice and serve with yogurt sauce.
