Popcorn Kernels
Classic corn kernels for making homemade popcorn — on the stovetop, in the microwave or in a popcorn maker. This is a pure natural product with no oil, salt, sugar, flavourings or flavour enhancers: everything that ends up in your bowl is added by you, so you stay in full control of the ingredients.
Homemade popcorn costs far less than ready-made bagged popcorn, and the taste is entirely yours to shape — from classic salted to caramel or spicy with smoked paprika.
Product details

- Calibrated kernels with even popping
- Preparation: saucepan, covered frying pan, microwave, popcorn maker
- Yield: 100 g of kernels makes roughly 2–2.5 litres of popped popcorn
- Storage: in a tightly sealed container, in a dry place
How to make stovetop popcorn in 3 minutes
- Heat a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add 2 tbsp of oil.
- Drop in 2–3 kernels — once they pop, the oil is hot enough.
- Add 50 g of kernels in a single layer, cover with a lid and reduce to medium heat.
- Shake the pan occasionally so the kernels don't burn.
- When the pauses between pops stretch beyond 2–3 seconds, remove from the heat.
- Pour into a large bowl and season while still hot.
Flavour ideas
- Classic salted: fine sea salt + melted butter
- Spicy: smoked paprika, garlic, a pinch of chilli
- Sweet and warm: icing sugar with cinnamon
- Cheesy: a blend of dried cheese and herbs
- Caramel: melt 3 tbsp sugar with 30 g butter until amber, then toss quickly with the popcorn
Tip: mix your seasonings dry and sprinkle them on immediately after popping — hot popcorn holds the spices much better.
