Recipe: Black rice with shrimp and coconut sauce

Boil 150 g of rice (30–35 min). Fry 200 g of peeled shrimp with a clove of garlic for 2–3 minutes. Add 150 ml of coconut milk and simmer for another 3 minutes. Mix with rice and add lime juice. Serve with cilantro or green onions.
