Cooking
- Rinse the chickpeas, soak in a sufficient amount of water overnight. In the morning, boil until ready and cool.
- Boil the fish in a steamer for 20 minutes and cool. Then cut it into arbitrary pieces.
- Clean the bell pepper from the seeds and also cut it into pieces. Cut the olives into rings. Wash and dry arugula.
- Combine all ingredients, mix, salt and pepper.
