Chicken Drumsticks

Oil

Honey

1 tsp

Dijon Mustard

1 tsp

Meat Seasoning Blend

2 tsp

Smoked Paprika

Potatoes

800 g

🍗Cut the potatoes into wedges and parboil in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and toss with oil, paprika, salt and pepper.

🍗For the chicken, mix together the honey, mustard, meat seasoning blend and salt until well combined.

🍗Arrange the potato wedges and seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 190°C for around 20 minutes.
