Ground smoked paprika (pimenton) - is considered the most popular spice in Spanish cuisine. Paprika has a bright red color and an amazing, pronounced aroma of smoke.
Paprika (pimento) is smoked exclusively over the branches and logs of oak trees. No other wood is suitable for cooking this product.
Smoked paprika can be used in almost all non-sweet dishes. Best for fried and baked meat, potatoes, sausages.

- Periodically open the container for contact of spices with air.
