A set of spices for Aquavit tincture, 85 g

To cook you will need:

• this set of spices
• 3 liters of alcohol with a strength of at least 40% (vodka or alcohol)

Ingredients: crushed cinnamon, anise grain, fennel grain, cumin grain, orange peel, lemon peel, whole cloves, cardamom grain.

Preparation:

1. Spices from the set first fry in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
2. Pour spices into jars and pour alcohol.
3. Close the container tightly and insist 14 days in a dark place at room temperature and shake 2-3 times a day.
4. In two weeks the drink will be ready, it will have the color of cognac or tea.
