To cook you will need:
- this set of spices
- 1 liters of alcohol with a strength of at least 40% (vodka or alcohol)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Ingredients: dried mint, dried ginger, lemon zest, bodan.
Preparation:
- Pour spices into jars, pour alcohol and add honey.
- Close the container tightly and insist 14 days in a dark place at room temperature and shake periodically.
- After two weeks, the tincture should be filtered through 3-4 layers of gauze.
Serve chilled to 15-17 degrees.
