Set of spices for Ouzo vodka, 235 g

To cook you will need:

- this set of spices

- 2 liters of alcohol (strength from 70%)

- 300 grams of sugar

Set composition:

Anise grain, whole clove, cardamom grain, thistle, fennel grain.

Preparation:

1. Pour the spices from the set into jars and fill with alcohol.
2. Infuse for 2 days in a dark, warm room (if the alcohol is less strong - the infusion time is better to increase).
3. The tincture should be diluted to a strength of 25-30%

Now you can start distillation. It is better to spend slowly, 1-2 drops per second.

Heads are selected about 2%, the body is distilled to 46-47 degrees in the stream.

Now you need to measure the strength of the finished product and dilute it with clean filtered water to 45 degrees.

After that - sweeten if desired with sugar, syrup or fructose.

Now give the drink a rest for 5-8 days and it will be ready to drink.
