Smoked Chopped Onion
Smoked chopped onion is an aromatic seasoning with a rich smoky flavor that gives dishes a deep, appetizing hint of natural smoking. It's made by drying and smoking chopped onion, which preserves all the beneficial properties and concentrated taste of the fresh product.
This spice is an indispensable kitchen helper — perfect for meat dishes, barbecue, marinades, sauces, gravies, soups, potatoes, as well as homemade preserves and salting lard. Smoked onion gives dishes a flavor reminiscent of open-fire cooking, even when preparing food indoors on the stove.
Easy to store and use — simply add the desired amount to your dish while cooking.
