Panko Breadcrumb Mix

Panko is a light, airy and extra-crispy breadcrumb made from crustless white bread using a traditional Japanese method. Its flaky texture creates a beautifully golden, crunchy coating that absorbs far less oil than regular breadcrumbs.
Perfect for chicken, fish, shrimp, vegetables, cheeses, nuggets and vegetable patties. Panko also browns nicely in the oven, making it an ideal option for healthier cooking. Its neutral flavor lets the main ingredients shine, adding texture without overpowering the dish.

Recipe: Crispy Panko Shrimp

1. Peel 300 g of shrimp.

2. Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.

3. Coat: flour → egg → Panko.

4. Fry for 2–3 minutes until golden.

5. Serve with teriyaki or garlic mayo.
