Beer BBQ Classic – Craft Beer Seasoning with Freeze-Dried Alcohol-Free Beer

Beer BBQ Classic is a signature seasoning blend created in collaboration between Banka Spetsii × MOVA Brewing Co. It combines classic BBQ spices, premium smoked paprika and freeze-dried alcohol-free beer powder to deliver a rich malty aroma with subtle hoppy notes.

Designed for barbecue lovers, this blend is perfect for grilling, roasting and pan-frying. Sweet paprika provides a beautiful color, garlic and onion create a deep savory taste, while smoked paprika enhances the authentic barbecue flavor. The freeze-dried alcohol-free beer powder ties all ingredients together, adding a unique craft beer character without alcohol.

Beer BBQ Classic is ideal for pork ribs, steaks, barbecue, chicken wings, burgers, roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables. It can be used as a dry rub or added directly during cooking.

Made without artificial flavorings, this balanced blend enhances the natural taste of meat instead of overpowering it.

Ingredients

Ground paprika, freeze-dried alcohol-free beer powder, salt, cane sugar, granulated garlic, smoked paprika, corn starch, ground onion, premium ground black pepper.

Directions

Mix 25–35 g of the seasoning with oil or water and marinate 1 kg of meat. For the richest flavor, let the meat marinate for 2–6 hours.

Recipe: Craft BBQ Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg pork ribs
  • 45-50 g Beer BBQ Classic seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 100 ml BBQ sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Coat evenly with Beer BBQ Classic seasoning.
  4. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Bake at 150°C for about 2.5 hours wrapped in foil.
  6. Remove the foil and brush with BBQ sauce or honey if desired.
  7. Roast for another 15-20 minutes at 200°C until caramelized.
  8. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve with grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes or corn on the cob.
