A set of spices for a martini, 15 g

To cook you will need:

• this set of spices
• 135 ml of alcohol
• 75 ml of water
• 700 ml of semi-sweet white wine
• 70 g of sugar

Ingredients: wormwood, chopped cinnamon, juniper berry, black elderberry, cardamom grain, chamomile, ground nutmeg, dried mint, yarrow, vanilla.

Preparation of alcohol base:

1. Pour 85 ml of alcohol and 25 ml of water into a container and add a set of spices
2. Mix, close the jar and store in a dark, warm place for 10-14 days.
3. Shake the infusion every day.
4. Filter with gauze and cotton wool.
5. Remove to rest for 1-2 days.

Preparation of vermouth:

1. Mix 700 ml of wine, 50 ml of alcohol and 70 ml of sugar syrup in a jar.
2. Add 100 ml of the previously obtained alcohol base.
3. Tasting, you can add a little more to your liking.
4. Mix thoroughly and give rest for 5-7 days.

After that, the drink will be ready to drink.
