To cook you will need:

  • this set of spices
  • 2.5 liters of alcohol with a strength of at least 40%
  • 350 ml of water
  • 400 g of sugar

Ingredients: anise star, lemon peel, anise grain, fenhel seeds.

Preparation by infusion method:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and add a set of spices
  2. Bring to a boil and add sugar
  3. Cook until the sugar dissolves, then keep on water for another 10-15 minutes
  4. Add alcohol to the resulting product
  5. Leave to infuse for 1-1.5 hours
  6. Strain through 3-4 layers of gauze
  7. Pour into a storage bottle
  8. Leave to infuse in a dark place for 10-14 days
  9. Before drinking, filter the drink with cotton wool

Preparation by distillation method:

  1. Pour spices into a jar and fill with alcohol (distillate)
  2. Close tightly with a lid and shake
  3. Leave in a dark, warm place for 5 days
  4. Filter through cotton wool
  5. Remove a third of the spices from the infusion
  6. Through the device we select 20-40 ml of heads on low heat
  7. We select approximately 2 liters of a drinking body with durability of 70 turns
  8. Prepare syrup from sugar and hot water (500 ml)
  9. Mix the syrup with the distillate and mix thoroughly.
  10. Pour into a storage bottle and leave to rest for about 3-4 weeks.

After that, the drink will be ready to drink.
