Recipe: Brown rice with mushrooms and spinach

Boil 150 g of rice (30–35 min). Fry the mushrooms with onions for 5–7 min, add a handful of fresh spinach and cook for another 1–2 min. Mix with rice, add a little butter or olive oil.
