Set of spices for Tunisian Tibarin, 68 g

To cook you will need:

• this set of spices
• 2 liters of alcohol (strength 50-55%)
• 300 g of honey
• 500 g of dates

Ingredients: whole cloves, ginger root, galangal root, ground nutmeg, crushed cinnamon.

Preparation:

1. Pour the spices from the set into jars and pour 2 liters of alcohol with a strength of 50-55%.
2. Insist 4-6 days in a dark, warm place, shaking occasionally.
3. Filter through gauze.
4. Put the dates in a saucepan, fill with water, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add 300 g of honey.
6. Add the tincture to the dates and pour into a container for storage.
7. Leave the drink for another 7-8 days.

The drink is ready to drink.
