To cook you will need:

  • this set of spices
  • 2.5 liters of alcohol (strength 50-55%)
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 0.5 liters of water

Ingredients: allspice, cardamom, anise, whole cloves, orange peel, chopped cinnamon.

Preparation:

  1. Pour the spices from the set into jars and pour 2.5 liters of alcohol with a strength of 50-55%.
  2. 7-12 days to insist in a dark, warm room, shaking occasionally.
  3. Filter through gauze.
  4. Make syrup from sugar and water and add to the infusion, mix thoroughly.
  5. Leave the drink for another 7-8 days.

The drink is ready to drink.
