- milk - 80 ml
- vegetable oil - 60 grams
- eggs - 5 pieces
- match - 15 grams
Method of making a cake:
- Separate proteins from yolks;
- Add 50 grams of sugar to the yolks and mix well;
- Mix flour and matcha, add to bowl with egg yolk, mix.
