We need:

  • Green lentils - 200 grams
  • Onions - 1
  • Carrots - 1
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Greens - a small bunch
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, pepper, spices - to taste

Preparation:

  • Soak lentils in water for an hour and a half.
  • Prepare vegetables: chop garlic and onion, grate carrots and fry in oil until ruddy.
  • Drain the lentil water, wash it again and add it to our vegetables in the multicooker.
  • Pour 2 cups of water and set to the desired mode. Cooking time 20-30 minutes.
  • The finished side dish of lentils can be sprinkled with herbs. Done!
